What's your trick to getting the nut off the return line on the regulator on the side of the filter housing? Mines like stuck I can't break it loose it twists the line. Any ideas? Thanks man!

The line connect to a barrel adapter, the adapter screws into the housing. The adapter also has a flange edge to fit a wrench, I believe it is a 7/8" Hold the adapter with a wrench, then turn the nut!

This is an excellent video with description. My 6.0 stalled while pulling my trailer and it wouldn't start until it cooled for an hour, started sputtered and started to run fine. I checked voltages on the FICM, while on the side of the road 48v. Drove home and inspected what I could. Bacame overhelmed ( I'm a small engine mechanic) and took it to the dealer. I wish I had my truck now to try this test. I am told bad 1 and 3 injectors. I now see why they would tell me that. Again thanks!

Sorry to hear your Powerstroke had a problem. Since you were able to look at live data, what was the ICP pressure reading? I would suspect a leak in the high pressure oil system as the cause of your concern. The tool I am using is also a special tool that has an orifice to simulate wide open throttle. You would have to drive the vehicle loaded to test dynamic fuel pressure
