@SeizeTheDayfoREVer when hung vertically, the flag should look like it's flipped backwards, therefore the stars being on the left when hanging up and down

The american flag at 1:39 is hanging backwards. In ROTC, we learned that the flag is supposed to be hung with the stars on the left. Always.
