Oregon state cop gives me a ticket

Here is an excerpt from Jeff & Mike's Excellent Adventure circa May 1999 when Mike hid the camera in the back seat while this fat pig wrote me a huge ticket. Actually he was pretty nice and I deserved it.

Before anyone writes any more stupid comments (that I'll delete) I was not really driving 110+ mph when this happened... I did drive that fast a few days prior in Montana when at the time the speed limit was considered "reasonable and prudent." And yes I damn well deserved the ticket.

All you need is some ECM and know where to speed and you could have avoided this. It's pretty funny seeing people fly past me while my Valentine 1 is alerting....I have this guessing game of who will get busted.....

@QuasiTraction I changed my court date to a random day showed up and the cop was a no show.. walked away no ticket.. went how do you plead not guilty... done no ticket :p

Yeah, in oregon they can fine you up to $600 for a speeding, or speeding related violations. Never personally had that happen, but I did get a bad one a few years back for 79 in a 55. I wanna say it was like $392 or something like that.

Bro mine was a little bit harder then that same speed 93 in a 65 but it was a 427 buck fine.

Not sure about Oregon, but in New Mexico about 2 more MPH and you would be off to jail.

The "laser" he is talking about is called LIDAR, all oregon staters carry them. Radar technology is different that lazer technology, so you need a laser jammer to block the signal, but even then it's not a 100% thing that it will stop them, but it will stop them from picking you off at a 1000feet away and the laser gun won't work until afew hundred feet, giving you time to spot these super troopers like the fat ass in the video.

our maximum speed limit is around 60-70mph...and it takes about 8 hours of classes.
