Well D'Anna knew because she kept killing herself. The Raiders/Centurions know, I'm assuming, because they can recognize cylons but not individual cylons.

D'Anna knows who the final 5 are and apparently so do the Cylon Raiders. But why don't the cylons know who the final 5 are did some 3rd party create the 12 cylon models

It seems to me that Tigh is trying to find out things about Cylons, without actually telling her he is one, and she is saying that the Cylons were watching and examining humans and that they learned things about human physiology and psychology, in order to better imitate them and make Cylons that were indistinguishable from humans... And Tigh is probably thinking "So that's how they made me?" Anyway, we'll see when the episode actually airs, the previews can be very misleading. :)

And if she knows, it would mean that she is saying that the 7 learned things about the 5 that the 5 never knew, which doesn't make much sense to me. Aren't the 5 supposed to be this big secret/taboo subject that the 7 aren't supposed to talk about or even know? I don't believe they know much about them...maybe Cavil does know something, but not the others.

She said she can feel them, but that doesn't have to mean that she knows who they are. And we don't even know which scene comes first, the one where she says to Roslin she can feel the 5, or the one where she is talking to Tigh. If she or any of the 7 could just easily guess who the 5 are, they should have found it out a long time ago.

She idk mention in the trailer that she can feel the five are close. So I'm sure in that scene she knows...

I think he also might be getting her mixed up with Helen... She does sorta look like her...
