in the movie after jango fett's head gets cut off, boba fett (his son)picks up the helmet and puts it to his head, just like jeremy did. So I think, thats where the daddy comment comes in. They were acting out that scene from the movie.

Jeremy = Boba Fett, Tem = Jango Fett, so technically Tem is Jeremy's "daddy". Tem likes to pull the "Who's your daddy?" line on Jeremy a lot, and Jeremy, who has a great sense of humor, likes to play along.
