Now tell me if thats living on someone's else's dime...

It's not living on someone else's dime,I am an illegal student yet my parents pay their taxes every year and have good credit and clean records,I applied to the Arts Institute Santa Monica and Hollywood and I took with me a well organized portfolio with amazing art work in the graphic design category and I was told I couldn't be enrolled because I was not legal ,I could attend AI only if I were to pay $4,500 a month cash, because i am not able to receive financial aid

@205Fattie What kind of person are you to pursue your dreams on somebody else's dime?
-
@205Fattie I have followed my dreams and for that I am thousands of dollars in debt. I did not receive any aid at all and now have a bachelors degree you make the math on how much my student loans are. I have dreams just like them and it is completely unfair that somebody who hasn't even paid full taxes, and I am not talking only about sales tax on a soda they bought this morning, yet they get their dreams paid for with my tax dollars.

Legal students out there, that's justice, that u get rewarded for your effort and the people that oppose are just afraid of the competition the illegal students bring...
-
Yea let's talk about justice,I don't know about you but I think its fair that the ab540 students are getting help, why? Because they risk everything everyday of their lives just to ne educated, its only fair that these kids get some support for leaving their home lands and come to the US for a better future, you and everyone argues that its not fair that these illegals come and take our money, well yours wrong ,most of these kids put more heart and soul to their goals and education than any other
Nothings free!
everyone pays taxes, if you are an illegal or not.
apparently at first it is free, but once your out you have to pay it all back.

What about the people that actually took the steps to be legal????What about justice???I have school loans i have to pay but yet you want your education free???I support education for all but true justice is that they be in debt like the rest of us.

@pastisbest26 I come from a family of immigrants. My parents crossed the border & are now citizens yet my education is not free. I also have loans but you have to think beyond that. Hispanics are the most stereotyped in this country yet they are the ones trying to get an education to do something with their lives to show everyone that they are not in this country to be lazy. Think about it who are the ones that cut the grass, clean houses, babysits and do anything possible to take care of their

@pastisbest26 families.Like the video says why are we trying to stop the dreamers we should support them because I am sure you had dreams & you would of hated to see those dreams trying to be stopped. I am also sure that many of these dream act supporters would be happy to get loans to go to school it does not necessarily have to be free. That is why I put my self in those shoes because I was fortunate enough to be a citizen&yes I got aid but it ended& now I have loans but its to accomplish my
