I happen to have an emulated version of the satellite 4000 with the same song.
Notice that the text is all in lower-case letters. It looked like that it was the last update of the texted-based satellite 4000 before when they made it graffical.

Syracuse was once a major city in upstate New York.. in the Top 60 markets in TV ratings. Lots of jobs have left, and its now market 81. Still a beautiful area though (especially in Summer)

I remember the old TCF... it had Louisville, Milwaukee, Nashville, New Orleans, OKC, none of the big cities that it does now.

Actually, on the WeatherSTAR Juniors still in service, Syracuse is still on the list on its TCF.

Notice Syracuse was on the travel cities list back then. Syracuse used to be much more important. Now Syracuse gets no respect. So sad.
