Rob from ASUS unboxes and demos the Eee Pad Transformer Prime, the first tablet with the quad-core NVIDIA Tegra 3 mobile processor.

Featuring a Super IPS+ bright display with 178 degree viewing angles, 1GB of ram, and options of 32GB or 64GB Flash memory the Transformer is the fastest and lightest tablet available.

The Prime weighs just 1.29lbs and measures just 0.33-inches thick and features a radial spun aluminum finish.

The Transformer Prime also has an 8MP rear-facing camera with flash and a front-facing camera for video chat capabilities.

Seriously wondering if these Apple users have slow tablets, are lying or just have no clue how to use Android, so must revert to dumbed down IOS. Have used both tablets and can say this thing blows Ipad out of the water.

Even the new apple tablet (the Ipad 3?) does not have all of the features this has (USB, extra on-board storage, keyboard, battery life, better resolution camera, less expensive apps, etc). I also have trouble believing that with a full 5 processors available that this tablet could possibly be slow.....has anyone done a full-on benchmark of the prime with any other contenders? I'd like to see that comparo...also, does the speed/functionality increase/slow with the 4.0 over the air update?

anyone able to find a thindpad style digitizer pen for this thing? i looked all around and could not find any stylus that is pointy and writes like an actual pen. they're all huge rubber balls that feels weird to write with.

if anyone is able to get one, please let me know.
