Question: how many mm of space do you have between the 80t and the 22t gear?5mm?10mm? Answer: "10mm"

Here is some Very clear footage, Very fast results, Very low cost! Massive accelleration! Almost Any Sprocket, Almost Any Chain, different sprocket ratios/conversions, we can help.

For all users of any unsealed Freewheel on any bicycle, make sure it's always greased, and if using in dirty conditions replace grease and solvent clean inside the freewheel while rotating.

  • i like this setup a lot, though are those SLA batteries ?

you NEED to lose those as a power source ASAP.

go over to Lithium as soon as you can. the difference will amaze you.

cant wait till i can start on my next ebike build up.

  • @exaturbo I had some with constant use last me around 2 years. They are only 150$ for 18Ah. If I can get Lithium iron phosphate at the same AH for around the same or cheaper I would look into it. I know the difference, I did research on them and looked at peoples experiences within forums. Lifep04's would improve performance on this and reduce weight.

  • @exaturbo In the USA they are even cheaper. I seen as low as 32$ for 20AH, each.

i can understand the cost factor, but the SLA simply can not supply enough power for the motor to achieve it's full potential. the SLA batteries will suffer huge voltage drop under high current loads. even more than NiMh do.

my first battery was a 20AH NiMh. then i went to the LiFePo4 and it was amazing.

it was like i had a different motor on the bike. voltage drop was virtually non existent.

your ebike would be even better (much much better) with Lithium based power.

  • @exaturbo I agree

  • @pyroman675 That is only if I use those gears but obviously I wouldn't. I would need a big hill to make good use of them.

  • @luc59457 ya you are wasting energy on that.

  • @pyroman675 The bike comes standard 8 speed, I could adjust the shifter so it stops at 4th but I don't bother. A 4 speed cassette with proper derailer would be the best. I agree if I go 5 or more it would be using energy for what is not achievable. First gear has lots of torque though!

  • @luc59457 so your just using more energy for something that wont happen
