Tommy goes and reviews the Samsung Rugby II for the AT&T market. The Phone was released June 6th at a MSRP of 129.99 after 2 year contract and 50 dollar mail in rebate. The phones tough and rugged design along with its multitude of GPS apps and services make it a very nice phone. For more cell phone news and reviews please visit http://www.cellphonetrek.com/

  • Really long winded review. It took you almost 10 minutes to say what could have been said in 3. I like the phone though.

  • I think I might get it.. I need to be more disconnected to the internets more often than not,so no iPhone or Android for me

  • The Camera has a dedicated button (PTT) on the side of the phone. This button can not be locked, even when the phone is closed. If the button pressed for 1.5 seconds, the camera will start up and take pictures every time the button is pressed. The button is not recessed and sticks out so you will accidental start up the camera while in your pocket or talking on it. This will certainly drain the battery faster and you will have to waist time deleting the many pictures taken of your pocket.

  • its a piece of shit no wifi ummmm the internet is imposible to get on youtube and watching vids without it buffering and then saying connecting failee ugggh mom says i cant get an iphone my shit windows computer is fried and ive had to deal with this shit Help Me plEase im tired

  • Its a lot less waterproof than the iphnone. I think it is waterproof, but iphone is waterproof I think. but i don't know. hehehe.

  • @Ritorh did you get it?

  • @tmx63 LMAO Yeah , watch my review of the super rugged Rugby 1 , I doubt the Rugby 2 is much different

  • Having owned this piece of junk for the past 14 months, all I can say is if it is built to military spec, our military is in deep, deep trouble. Despite the impressive videos and endless hype, the rugby is no less delicate than any other 'standard' cell phone I've ever owned. And several orders of magnitude less reliable.

  • this phone is a piece of shit. ive had 2 of them and they were brand new and i have only had it a week. each one doesnt send messages you have to double and triple send messages it is a total waste do not spend your money on it.

  • I just bought one and I am impressed , if you have AT&T and like durable flip phones GET IT!
