  • Clemshaw, I'm 13 but I'm too good for kids clubs what do you suggest for irons. I hit my 7 iron 135 if that helps.

  • @koochobx The next logical progression is a higher performance women's club or go with a men's club with a light steel shaft in a regular flex that you can grip down on; Shawn

  • @clemshaw im twelve and use lady cobra cxi with airwieght graphite shafts

  • @superscootkid Makes a lot of sense!! Cobra makes a great women's product and solid clubs in general; Great choice! Shawn

  • Shawn, Could you do a video or comment on the club face alignment using offset cavity back clubs as I am having difficulty with aligning it & feeling the balance points. Used to have blades years ago but getting older & switched to G10 Pings. I have had others say this is tough to get used to. Setting up seems unnatural.

  • @NHOJ1111111 The most important thing to do is this: Whip to target and see how the ball flies; if you were looking for a fade and you get a straight shot, then the face of the club is a bit too closed; you must feel the difference between an action to target and an action to ball is though!! See the last 50 videos from my you tube home page; then you should be caught up; pat attention to the ridiculously easy video titles...Shawn

  • @clemshaw yeah i just switched over to my dads old peerless standard

  • Shawn, I've just brought a good driver and fairway woods and would like to buy some good irons as I am starting to take golf seriously. However, I don't know a great deal about good brands of irons or what to look for. Any advice would be much appreciated.

  • Shawn i'm 14, what should my shaft flex be around? I hit my 6 iron 165.

  • @Coupe300 Yes, once you have found the right feel in a club; then get them fit to you; it will not change the overall feel, but you will feel more comfortable with them over the ball and this will translate into better balance overall as well;

    Shawn
