  • Oh! You poor thing!! I am sorry you are in pain. I have the same issue, and it started right after my daughter was born. Unfortunately, it is a reoccurring injury, popping up its ugly head every so many years, and my daughter is now 20 years old. It does not go away, but when I'm exercising continuously my back becomes strong and it keeps the injury at bay.

    Good job with your weight loss. Keep it up. I hope you feel better soon.

  • Oh that's too bad. Sorry to hear about your back. But 2fabfromfat is right, nutrition is the key for your weight loss. A lot of people who get injured, focus on their nutrition and are able to lose fair amount of weight. Don't focus too much on the exercise part. Ask your Dr. What you can do for exercise but don't be frustrate. Life happens. Keep it strong.

  • Awe sorry about your back that sucks!! Diet is 80% of weight loss and I lost 40 lbs a few years ago with no exercise just cuz I didn't care to exercise so you can definitely lose weight with diet alone! And you're right about as you lose weight your back will feel better as well! I got hit with a pretty big road block this week as well, I think these things happen to make us stronger and when we get thru these road blocks successfully we know nothing will hold us back!!! Keep it up girl and
