Yeah i heard the same thing. That was that instance i was refrencing. Ive heard mixed statements in regards to the hammer involved. Some say yes some say no. i said screw it and bought a Zel Mfg .50 instead.

@DeathHand5150 is that a common occurrence? Because, I read that the guy that happed to was an idiot and was hammering the bolt shut with a hammer for some reason? I also read that he reloaded his rounds to "hot", but I don't know, do you? Sources please.

Chris, Check out my vid of me shooting one of your 24" uppers. It's a blast to shoot. That same day I shot a .455" ctc group at 100yards with my 570gr hunting load. So far I have not had the chance to shoot the 30" upper at long range, I'll let you know when I do. Keep up the good work. TMC

Chris, take a look at the 24" upper you sold me a few years ago... I have only good things to day about it. With my hunting loads I shot a .455ctc group at 100yds. Not its time to run it out to 400 or more and see what it will do. Thanks for very good upper at a great price. Tim C

Yes, they were in the SAR building near the center, one row in from the east wall if I remember correctly
