A poetic response to the visit to Herne Bay, England in 1913 of Marcel Duchamp. He stayed with his sister, Yvonne, at a language school where she was a teacher and while staying there formed the ideas for his large "Glass Piece".
You bring up right here, what I always try to remind people...to please remember the actual times of when watershed moments, happened. What was really going on at the time. One happening video...with nice personal touches and major kudos to hand out. Add on one very huge hug and a stylish welcome back, to truly one of YouTube's most original contributors... : )
Wonderful piece, thank you for bring this to us. How interesting to remember what the world around Duchamp was actually like at the time he was making his work, it's easy to forget when we see only the art. - Julia/ Cytosavant
