@mrkitanai1 It is surprising that "The Ghost" does not have one of his many great moments shown here, but with all due respect to Harrison, many long time Cougs consider Rueben Mayes the greatest running back to play for WSU. You'll see him on his NCAA rushing record day at the 1:00 mark. Some even consider him to be the greatest Coug player ever. Even with legends like Hein, Lincoln, Leaf, Millard, Gesser and so many others that have worn the crimson and the gray. Go Cougs!

@kboanddbo I've always said - one can happily walk around Seattle wearing Cougar clothing, but you never see anyone walking around Pullman wearing UW gear. For the people living in the State of Washington (does not matter east side, westside, north or south), their favorite team is the COUGARS! The Cougars are a "blue-collar" team - they do the best with what they've got. Their athletic budget is probably the smallest in the PAC-12, yet they manage to be competitive.
