Nina shares with you the benefits of her morning "routine". She has been doing this for the past 2 1/2 years and really enjoys it. Yes, we're talking about juicing! Nina juices! You will get some recipes if you are interested. There are two specific ones for common ailments (cramping, tummy ache, and one is for "digestive" problems.)

    I think I can fully understand how you're feeling. It's tough to get used to a routine and it's not practical for all situations. Why not just juice once a week for a while just to keep it in your lifestyle. Try that for me, if you can, I just believe that any juicing is better than none...and, the blender idea isn't that bad...actually, w/green leafy veggies, blender is awesome. Maybe stick to carrots, celery and apples for a while it's one of each...and maybe a pinch of

  • @Forsure3333 Dear Redfoot, I've had lots of juice for a month. However, I stopped at one point. I put the juicer away and bougth a blender because it is less expensive since it takes less veggie and the blender mix fills me up more. But I'm not crazy about blenders either. I've taken back the road of bad food lately (muffins, cookies, donoughts, etc.). I'm not sure what I'm going to do next.

    sorry for the long delay...my replies are a little behind...sorry. :)

    For clear skin, I have been using cucumber, carrot and lemon with a fist full of spinach...my skin is super oily and this seems to help...but, it took me time to see results. :)
