I totally agree with the comment below I'm a bricky in England and if we were as messy as you are we'd get fired. You said your style is unique. Yes it is because not many companies can get away with such messy joints. I'm not trying to have a go just pointing it out. I have liked the video

It would be faster to take down the old brick and start from scratch. Maybe he dont no how to lay out a wall so he just follows the old work . What a load of shit!!!!!! Oh and did dude no that they make brick like that instead of cutting them?
