@GodImHideous U are a first class loser,who is out of shape and rags on others who do more advance workouts that u can conceive of.u wear a sweat shirt to cover up your fat in the gym and u walk around with your camera phone filming others when u should leave the phone in the car to concentrate on your work out.but because u r medocre in all that u do the phone is a welcome distraction from your lack of talent in the gym.now go film someone else fatboy,so u dont have to workout.

@xDarkside101x I'm a Personal Trainer, I do this exercise correctly to improve driving distance with golfers. If you do this exercise properly you can increase your drive by 30 to 40 yards.
