I am referring to a lender/broker credit to cover other closing cost... either in total or partial. For instance, if you have a GFE with an estimated $5000 in closing cost (including your 1+1 origination fees) how would you show the additional credits (full and partial) on the GFE? I think we have come up with a solution acceptable to lenders but just curious if you had a video to illustrate it.

I'd love to see a couple of different scenarios like a no closing cost and a partial broker credit of fees as well. Any chance you can get this done? :)

Hey James, thanks for the comment, But I am confused on what you are looking for, as that was basically a no cost loan, all you you would have to do is just remove the 1% origination from line 801, and you would have a real no cost loan.
