A Boeing 767 from Newark, NJ, to Poland operated by national carrier LOT with 230 people on board made an emergency landing in Warsaw at Chopin Airport.

@szikor2008 i can't be more agreed with you. Even though they flew up to Chopin airport, they still had almost 2 tons of fuel when they landed, but thanks God this plane didn't blow up.

@Acxel84 in order to perform an emergency landing w/o landing gear they had to use up all the fuel, so it wouldn't have made sense, to return to EWR and circle 10 hours over the airport, they made a sensible decision to continue for WAW in order to burn all fuel, and perform this amazingly well executed belly landing. So if anyone is suing it is a waste of time and money, the crew made the best choice, and no one got hurt!

@grooveridersla i heard that they're suing the pilot for not coming back to jersey, after he knew about the damage on the airplane.

haha.. look at the fkucer who jumped out the instant the back door opened. must have made the crew crazy by not putting the seat belt and sitting down when they pleaded with him.
An then after he jumps out, looks back to see, hey it didnt burst.. now can i go back and get my laptop bag.
