if its legal for audio-surf to do this , why cant rock-band be able to do likewise, shit i want all my songs on there

It is legal because all of the songs are taken right off your computer, not obtained through illegal means. I wish Rock Band did do this though.

no bad song to play, but the life version has to much audience noise in the background..
