Having personally been Shredded by Richard myself I can honestly say that it sucks big time! lol but Alongside the Shredder they way he teaches the emotional side of Violence and what happens on the inside of us in regards to the thoughts and feelings that are brought up during Violent altercations is excellent. Having only done his seminar in Sydney, Australia this year my outlook on my training and how I train has changed.

He always claims he's not an innovator and that he didn't create anything new, but the way this man teaches and breaks things down is IMHO very innovative.

Rich is the nicest but scariest dude I've ever met. This is the most effective thing I've ever seen/trained and I don't see how it could be made more effective or taught any better.
