there is already an anti-drivers'-license movement in NH that gets quite a bit of press (keyword search lauren canario). It would see its ranks swell if suddenly a DL were much harder to get and ten percent of Christians believed it was a Mark precursor. A whole underground of banking and travel would develop, I suspect, and it might be right out in the open.

I would not consider going through life without a DL now but also would not consider going through life *with* a Real ID!
