This song was a remix-at-first-sight for me. The first day it was released I was sure it will be a success so I've watched the Musicbank that week and then I checked the feedback - I was right. It was obvious that such a well done track and music video will be successful. Not to mention Hyuna of course. (I'm not comparing with western pop - no matter how well done they are, everything still looks too dirty for me).

Some people I know have been complaining about this song and the music video because it follows the standard recipe. Now tell me one single chart hit that doesn't? If you expect high-level internal quality with deep lyrics then pop is not for you so just... change!

For me the video is eye-candy, not just because it's Hyuna in it but because it's very well planned. What I didn't like from this video though is the rap-style fake-classy feeling at points. So with this remix I made sure not only to get rid of that feeling but also to give it the more passionate feeling it deserves.

I've also heard that the lyrics are simple and meaningless. Well for me, I rather listen to Hyuna about changing than cocky dudes bragging about who's better.

The story during the remix is same. I've seen Hyuna dancing to various rhythms and melodies (some good, some bad) so many times that she became my little sister - with the good meaning.

The feedback I received from the teaser was so enormous that I wanted to make this remix the best possible. On the other hand if I've changed too many things compared to the teaser maybe people wouldn't like it that much. So I kept the main sounds used in the teaser and of course added new things and progressed the sequence.

My initial intention was to add karaoke highlighted lyrics and timed translation (that's when the Engish words of the translation highlight exactly when the corresponding Korean is sung). I've done about 1/3 of it like this and it looked really amazing. On the other hand it was taking me some ages; I would rather use that time on the actual remix. Most importantly though, it filled up the screen so much and drew the attention from the audiovisual content to the degree that I've decided to drop the idea altogether.
