Juice Feast Detox Day 2

Day two of a planned 3 day juice feast detox where all i consume is juiced fruit and vegetables! Inspired by other youtubers such as BeYourPotential and Tammyfana Ka sundance and the monarchs.

This isn't really a "juice" fast, it seems. You're blending them in a blender, so you are also eating the pulp and stuff, right? It sure seems like it would be more filling than just juice. I was thinking of doing a juice fast, but this looks much more doable. Where did you hear about it?

@Illuminatta hey illuminata, its a juice feast, thats not a blender, its a 'Juicer' all the pulp is colected and discarded. I also seive the green juices afterwards. so to answer ur question, it is a juice feast/fast whatever u like to call it, i heard it first from ka sundance, then matt monrach and a couple from beyourpotential channel, they are doing 100 days of this! hope u give it a go. :O) juicers are a bit on the expensive side is the only trouble

@mavidbabae Thanks so much for clearing that up! :) I don't think I could manager 100 days, and I don't have a juicer. I used to years ago, but it's SUCH a pain to clean (without a dishwasher), so that right there is enough to discourage me. But if I get a dishwasher, I might get a juicer and give it a try. :) Thanks again!
