at first ,I only just watch to answer the question

but after I finish watching this .. I feel this vid is very interesting fact

( maybe becaue I'm dog lover , I've 2 chihuahua )

It's kinda good to see our foreign teacher really care about dog life in our country

The owners who abandon these dogs should receive a 20 year jail sentence. They letting the dogs free is like being an accomplice to terrorism. In the Middle East you have the 2 legged terrorists called Al Qaeda, in Thailand you have the 4 legged terrorists called the Soi Dog. The owners who abandon need to be put in jail for a long time. Why can't Thailand just create a big zoo in an isolated part of the country and neuter them and put them there.

Thailand needs to remove these dogs from the streets and put them in a zoo as soon as possible. They shouldn't be romaing around the streets like that. Makes Thailand look like a 3rd world country. In the Middle East you have Al Qaeda, in Thailand you have the soi dogs. The first one is a terrorist with 2 legs, the other one is a terrorist with 4 legs.
