WoW WotLK Alpha - Borean Tundra: The Oculus

An instance in the upcoming WoW expansion, Wrath of the Lich King. This is expected to be a lvl 80 5-man instance as part of The Nexus.

This instance is still in development as of this filming (Build 8471/8472) and is likely to change in the future. Most likely there will be a system of transports. In order to compensate for this and show the entirety of the instance, I turned on the fly command, so don't expect being able to fly normally when the instance is released.

this was created on a private server back during the alpha stage... it is pretty obsolete now, it was just to show the terrain tho

What is that huge pink sphere to the bottem left part of the screen at 1:26?

Outside in Borean Tundra (uninstanced) there is a small house located within the pink sphere. This is also present in the instanced version seen here but will likely not be accessible.

You could, it is stable, but since it is in the alpha there are still many bugs present.

this was rather helpful appreciate it. has anyone looked at this new grinding bot at wowcheatsYnet (replace Y with . ) ? it's incredibly cool, i have got a level 80 rogue, warrior and druid with more or less full pvp gear because of it!
