Summer is a time of transition for me as well. School is out which means the temptation to sleep in is greater, warm weather means more outside events leading me to put off getting work done, and many other situations that have the potential to get me out of my routine - affect my eating habits and sticking to my workout plan.
Summer does not have to derail you!

my family! argh, my brother/mom/dad eat delicious smelling food. And my kitchen is huge....so I always happen to stroll past it when I'm walking around the living room~~~ how do i avoid the temptation to also go searching for food when I go downstairs to my living room/kitchen floor~~~ haha. And what happens when friends want us to eat chocolate bar? I feel bad if I say no because then they think I am picky and they are unhealthy~~ :S
