  • Thanks for the lesson.

    Just a couple of questions:Did anyone flush the toliet twice during the lesson? or Were you going somewhere on a boat while recording?

  • @josefranw Both are correct but...

    Can i ask you something? means.... a specific question. (which i think is what you are asking)

    Can i ask you anything? means can i ask you *about* anything. So this question is not specific and refers to anything and is not generally used.

  • there;s nowhere to go ? it perhaps means that we couldn't find such a place to go either or we aren;t sure whether to go or not.

  • would you like something to eat :) sounds more polite

  • Do you need something to eat?

  • "Can I ask you something?" and "Can I ask you anything? Which one is correct?
