When I was at Newsweek some time ago, I remember linking up the president of the Oceanic Foundation with my two science reporters. Oceanic funded aquaculture projects in the Pacific and elsewhere. Now the aquaculture movement -- it's growing worldwide -- has reached cities and represents an exciting development. Milwaukee is doing some exciting things there and seeing the city, the University of Wisconsin/Milwaukee, and innovative organizations (see video) collaborating is inspiring.
