@bartlemy No they don't. They just die like anybody else. Simple as that, no hell no heaven.
Their life is full of thrills, power, money and luxury and they've got plenty of spare time (unlike working people).
And they are born emotionally shallow, raised in tough juvenile or prisons so they don't feel remorse.
Don't forget that people who kept them in power were politicians, where (anywhere round the world) naive people go and vote for them.
