Most people like Mexicans and their culture. They are hard working and frugal and have great restaurants. Blacks don't have a traditional culture that can be plugged into America like that Mexicans. The state has been "owned"(managed, creating infrastructure and business) by people of Mexican descent for a very long time. Just because some Anglos started the Bear Revolt doesn't mean they owned the state after that, they didn't work it or set up it's infrastructure or businesses. The reasoning for the Anglo Bear Revolt was because they found gold in California, so they wanted the state after that.

I believe that has already happened. Mexicans are the ones that made California the great state that it is. Who else is keeping the economy of California afloat? Only Mexicans from what I see. Not only California's economy, but the whole Southwest, and in return the whole USA.
