  • i core 7 with the basic intel fan cooler... bullshit + you didn't use any thermalpaste on the ship??? WTF ?!!! where you're from DUDE Yerk yerk yerk .

  • @WismerillH2O2

Watch the video again and you will see that the paste is pre-applied.

Do you really think that Intel would sell a processor with a sub standard cooler?

    It works perfectly!

  • @ultimatehandyman How much did it cost you?

  • @11pinita

    £1200 in December 2009

  • The size of that heat sink !

  • @Rangha2000 E8400 is a LGA 775 processor, while this i7 processor is LGA 1366 processor. You will need a LGA 1366 socket motherboard to install this processor.

  • @ultimatehandyman Totally agree. While there are some great aftermarket options out there the cooler that come with the processor are probably the most underrated part in the system.

  • can you exchange an intel core 2 duo e8400 with this intel core i7 processor or do i have to buy a new motherboard and everything ? and does this require a better cooling ?

  • @ultimatehandyman

IoI I'm sorry for causing you any trouble ultimatehandyman ;) , but don't you think that a core i7 at more or less 400£ can get a better stuff likes a Zalman CNPS9900 NT and a good Arctic MX-2 thermalpaste..

it is not too much for this very nicely ship :)

Eh, at least it's not American. Nothing wrong with that, but I can never find any decent videos from Great Britain. Well, until now.
