  • Do bodyweight workouts and this will get you big in time...

  • Sounds like he is made of plastic... Good video. :)

  • @ElRancholo2 depends what people go for. when i start slowing down i'm going too need to bulk up more to compensate for the loss of speed. what sort of routine you got going at the moment?

  • @WhenWeWereKings100 True, I don't disagree with that. I have fought MMA and boxing, and that is before I started bodybuilding, I was faster back then.

  • @ElRancholo2 i'm an amateur fighter. never done a bench press in my life. being a fighter though its a different sport from weightlifting all together. at 6 foot 2, I weigh 14 stone , 5 percent body fat and have never touched gym equipment. Its a lot more work doing natural body work outs but I want to keep my flexibility and speed.

  • This is proof that pull ups don't make you buffed.

  • Has anyone tried this DVD? Judging by what it says on Bodyweight Basics, seems to be more of an upper body workout - which is fine with me! I was just wondering if anyone has purchased the DVD and what are their thoughts? Thanks!

  • The movement at peak contraction is really difficult. The core is even firing!

  • stop talkng and show us
