That guy sounds so funny, he is so right.
Another thing just because a doctor is well known and expenssive, it dose not mean he is going to do a great job. Trust me, I know by personal experience. Before having a surgery, look for the before and after pictures and find reviews about him and PAY ATTENTION TO THE BAD REVIEWS.
