Lap Capy

ohmygosh! Its so adorable! and it likes rubs!! how is potty training? are they pretty clean?

@blugtar87 Garibaldi is house trained. He uses a bowl of water that I keep next to the toilet. They are very clean animals since they go swimming several times per day, but they do like to roll in the mud. To learn more about pet capybaras, please read my blog.

Such a beautiful animal!!! My husband and I have talked it over and done a TON of research on capy's and we are going to get one when we get to our new house in New Mexico. I just don't think it's fair to the capy to be stuck in the car for 3 days while we drive from Washington to New Mexico.

@creecreehoneybees No. Unlike dogs they do not have an undercoat to trap odors. Also, they go swimming all the time.
