Tens of thousands of users have complained about ProfitTubes plans to impose the beta channel design on everyone. Given managements history of disregarding requests from users, it has been suggested that only a boycott will get managements attention.

Users are merely requesting that ProfitTube continue to make beta design a choice. We create most of the videos that users watch, we watch the videos that generate a profit, some of us click on the advertisements that generate a profit.

The suggestion is to turn off uploaded videos any time between July 8th and July 14th (click off the video box in channel design). Further, the suggestion is to boycott YouTube by not logging onto the server.

Other suggested actions:
a. complain in the YT blog by clicking on the beta announcement on channel pages
b. boycott the YouTube site July 8-9
c. paste the protest into your channel profile

and,
d. do not click on any advertisements.
