This video shows some basic warm ups in mixed martial arts (MMA) in a true mock MMA situation fight at about half speed. This is like drilling in sports like wrestling but adds, punches, chokes, kicks, knees and elbows. This type of warm-up should only be practiced by veteran fighters that can not only control hand speed but have the ability to know distance and power too. Practice how you fight, perfect practice makes for better results in almost anything you do
dude i think the guy that was talking was drunk or something, hesitating way too much, he looks the part but didn't play it all too well. I guess it's understandable for warming up though.
