@chsn09 Because of our diversity, it is easy for someone of a certain race or ethnicity to do or say something against Latinos without realizing that someone right next to them could be Spanish speaking. That is why we are "His-Panic", i am not quite sure who's panic. The proper word for someone from Spain should be Spaniard or Spanish. The only way someone should actually be reffered to as Hispanic, would be if the're from the Island called Hispanola(Dominican Replublic/ Haiti). "Hispanole"

YOU are wrong on what you are saying about Caribbeans first and second generation lookiong a certain kind of way. Malcolm X, Louis Farrkhan, Cuba Gooding Jr, Cicely Tyson, are ALL from the Caribbean. They are NOT African Americans.

@Nightxslayer420 Oh I actually watched the video. Also how do you even know that that person YOU call African American is African American? He could be of Caribbean descent or not have any parents that are descendants of the African Americans or black slaves that came to the USA.

And I know why you wrote Hispanic and even if YOU didn't write it for certain reasons I still notice that people seem to confuse the term Hispanic. The term is used incorrectly. But I see you get the concept though
