Hamburger Hill Veterans Visit Fort Campbell Kentucky

Fort Campbell, KY - Dozens of Vietnam-era, 101st Airborne Division Veterans returned to Fort Campbell, May 12th - 13th, to commemorate the 42nd anniversary of the Battle of Hamburger Hill.

The 3rd Battalion, 187th Infantry Regiment, 3rd Brigade Combat Team, "Iron Rakkasans" welcomed the Veterans back to Fort Campbell and will host several events in their honor.

The Veterans, on May 12th, visited to the Sabalauski Air Assault School, where Veterans witnessed a demonstration of 21st Century combat insertion techniques and Air Assault operations.
