Another thing to do, is to try to be respectfull toward one another. I'm an atheist who stuttered as a child, so for example, you're "I'm not sure if you have a speach [...] retarded" actually insults me more then him. do you really beleive they are "retarded" or rather just deluded? Either way I think a more apropriate response would be compassion.

Imagine if it were you're sister who had autism, or worse, was actually "hearing voices" would you shout at her for being deluded or "retarded"?
