seems like a good idea for grooving in a stroke.

@nusux its a device to help keep his back arm in perfect alignment and get the muscles to remember how to be when the wood thing isnt there

@ProPoolVideos you got action too if you like. I can build a beginners stroke with this faster than any other method or person can. Taught one lady to play right and left handed in a 2 day class. You oviously don't instruct very well.
