Telehealth - Telemedicine: Video Chat Queuing

A demonstration of queuing of video chat requests into a call center. This solution was developed with technology contracted from Astound Technologies and built at the University of Illinois in the Telehealth Research Lab. The primary goal is to look at how video conferencing technology can better fit into the normal workflow of a clinical office.
