I promise I'm not proud of the fact - I guess that's obvious by the fact I'm fighting it, but I thought I should clarify!

For the immediate future I have suspended chocolate consumption. I hope my actions do not cause an upset on the international cocoa markets!

Let's hope I can quickly run the FAT BLOKE out of town ;)

So - how did it go, did you lose your stone?

Weight loss is easy - eat 5 - 6 small healthy meals a day, do at least 30 minutes cardio a day and drink loads of water - sorted!

Can you believe I only saw this now, I will have to learn to shed a few subscriptions so I can watch all my friends vids.

And subbed to fitness channel to offer support, I weigh in at 15stone at the moment. Oh and spurs won the tournament in Holland today, out first trophy of the season and the team looking good, had to alter my channel pic slightly.
