This is the kind of crap they were doing in their FL locations too. And if you worked for them, as i did, and DIDN'T do this to folks, they harassed and frightened you, or fired you.

Lesson learned, turn your wheels to the lock and set the parking brake, that way they can't repo it as easily :P

i hope this guy gets sued! we have one in Rochester Ny area too called Crazycheapcars. They got sued but just moved locations and are still in business. They basically made their own warranties, took the money and doesn't honor the contract.

@texan176 in my opinion all dealerships are sleaze scums. i live in NEW YORK. i can't even go into a dealership comfortably w/o any sales person staring & glaring @ me for just browsing. i got into a few words with a car dealer once. i asked him is there a problem with me coming in here to look ? he called his manager & the manager approached me & ask if there was a problem. i just said there is a problem w/ your worker & i just walked out. ****

@emforty2 You are WRONG, Corporate only knows what the Dealership tells us, now, when complaint after complaint come in from owners of the vehicles, that is when we investigate, and that is why we pulled their financing through GMAC..

I'll bet if the contract had been a mistake in the other direction, i.e. the customer had mistakenly paid more for the truck than it was worth, they would have considered the contract valid. Good riddance to them.

Even if the "new salesman" bs is true; Bill Heard is responsible for their employes and must honor the contract. If they thought the sales maganger was too inexperienced they shouldn't have had him make the deal.
