Diwali 2010 Indian Fashion Show

Indian fashion show at Diwali Banquet- 2010 celebrated by the Friends of India, University of Arkansas.
Costumes that are traditionally worn by people of various ethnicities across India are modeled by the University students posing themselves as couples from different states.
The states being shown are in the following sequence:
1.Jammu and Kashmir(Sophie and Rajesh) 2.Punjab(Harpreet and Gurdeep) 3.Rajasthan(Shruti Ravindranath and Sundeep) 4.Gujarath(Harini and Nirav) 5.Maharashtra(Shrijeeta and Kamalakar) 6.Kerala(Mr and Mrs.Vivek) 7.Tamil Nadu(Sakeena and Anish) 8.Andhra Pradesh(Anusha and Mythra) 9.West Bengal(Ananya and Utkarsh) 10.Nagaland(Shruti Tripuraneni and Arun) 11.Uttar Pradesh(Lesslie and Harish) and 12.Uttarkhand(Ankush and Phani). Final couple(Sai Niranjan and Soumya) models the modern Indian ceremonial outfit.
