I've tried to swim under water but I always seem to float to the surface! I'm not sure what I do wrong.

@charkee167 So he floats a little bit below water level. Body Fat Index is not just how fat u are physically, but it is how much percentage of fat u have in your body (including the natural fat in ur muscles). A skinny person could have more fat than a more bigger person. Im not saying to eat your life away to float but just so that you understand why. It actually very scientific. Salt in the water can also affect your floatation. If you ever been 2 the beach u ever noticed your may float better

@charkee167 Well i know you commented 2 months ago and your probably already found ya answer, but if you didnt here it is. The density of water is always gonna be 1. Unless you add something eles to it, like pool salt, other stuff. Fat is less dense then water, but muscle or bone is much much heavier, so whether you sink or float depends on your Body Fat Index. Take this guy fro ex. He doesnt have rock hard abs and he is not exactly a huge monster with big bones.
