@rayburnj Well... the lakes start off as Shaver, Huntington, Edison, then Florence. The campground is 5 miles above Huntington Lake. Although elevation wise, I believe Edison Lake is lower... about a 1000ft according to my GPS.

Is that campground below the lake from the dam run off or is it up at the lake. I found that there are hudge eight pound browns in the far east at Mono creek.

we dominated that lake last weekend! we stayed at the Badger flat camprounds, we stay there every year. funny thing is, we catch more fish at the rivers than we do in the lakes. rainbows, brook trouts... however, no browns at the river

Thats some nice brown. Water level @ 85%...Way higher than those pix. Last year we pulled 30 brown trout. All over 18 inch. Delicious...delicious

We were planning a trip to Edison this September. But if the brownies are all that small...we might have to rethink this trip.
