Can somebody here please explain adsense with youtube to me? I joined as a member when they told me it could help me earn "revenue sharing" and now i'm completely lost as to how this is relevant at all to my youtube page. How does this whole advertiser thing work?
woah, i can now imagine how big is Googles share, if i receive from adsense click on average 5 cents, so the rest of the "$ 1.76" goes to Google, nice business :D
Hal... As an online magazine publisher, who once had a ad agency that placed ad into my own print magazine, can you somehow factor in that big names are using our efforts for free "branding" impressions? Also, can we have for our graphic appeal a traditional vertical magazine full page ad size to fit. With I-Pad this could be using the web press standard of 8.75 x 11.25 standard, or 1155 x 1485 at 132 pixels?
@iheartnizmojoe I think you need to apply for YT partnership before any video's can be monetized. It's a little confusing on what YT requires to become a partner, but to the best if my knowledge they are looking for high traffic on your video's, how many subs you have and how frequent you post video's. However I have seen some get in with none of this, that's why I find it a little confusing.
If you get the chance check out my channel, as I was able to make partnership about 6 months ago
@displayfireworks1 Unfortunately you are not a full YT partner yet...you need to apply for that. The video's that you have in the AdSense program were selected by YT due to several factors...but mainly because of the traffic on that particular video. It's a little confusing for me too, as I have seen some been offer to summit a video, and only had a few 100 views..anyway I check out your channel and it seem to me that you meet the criteria for full partnership...subs, views, and frequent content

One economic equation explains advertising. CPC x CTR x 1000 = eCPM Search adecon101 for explanation.
