  • Hola! Quería comentar que cada vez me gusta más el vídeo, sobre todo porque cada vez lo hago mejor. Siento que cada vez soy más dueña de mi cuerpo y lo tenso mejor y consigo un trabajo más eficaz.

  • One of the best things I like to do is going to a quiet place in the open air where you can see the landscape, can hear the sounds of the birds, smell the fresh air and feel the warm sun on my skin.

    That is the best place to breath in the fresh air and relax and concentrate on the body and stretch every part from the crown of your head to the tips of your toes.

    I hope it will bring motivation for a lot of people to do their exercises on a regular base.
